If granted do I owe her back pay?

I was granted a divorce 2007. My ex is now asking for claim of my retirement annuity. If granted do I owe her back pay?

If you were divorced in 2007, it should be final.I don't have any reason to believe that she would be able to re-open a divorce case at this point. I would consult an attorney.

Ask your attorney. I am quite surprised that retierment was not covered in the divorce settlement; quite surprised. There has got to be more to this story, such as she didn't know you had an annuity, or ?
In every divorce I have ever seen in 35 yaers years, requires a full financial disclosure. What happened? Something has changed since 2007. Only you know that.

If it wasn' t disclosed, for whatever reason, you would owe her , the share that the court decides or the two of you agree to. Whether you wish to call it "back support" is up to you; the share portion should have been part of the orininal settlement; or not, if she received some other consideration instead.
