CSF 1099R

My mother died in 2007 and I received a small Survivor Annuity payment and received a CSF 1099R. I understand the amount is taxable, but where do I put it? Is there a special form I need to complete?

The amount from your survivor annuity goes on the line for Pensions. This line isn't available on a 1040EZ, you have to use either the 1040A or a full 1040.
