I understand the cramping you are talking about, because i received my All Clear just last year after suffering Cervical Cancer over six years ago now.
The treatment i received was called Selectron therapy which is an internal radiational therapy.
Which is used to burn the cancerous tissue inside your vagina.
In some cases this treatment can cause side effects that could happen during your treatment or even after your treatment which are reffered to as " ACUTE SIDE EFFECTS " which maybe ie. things like spotting' or slight bleeding, discharge from the vagina or you could have an infection called cystitis.
There is also side effects that could happen later on, well after treatment which are called "LATE SIDE EFFECTS" which could result in things like cramping and uncomfortableness during or after intercourse, spotting or slight bleeding.
Also because of the radiational treatment your Ovaries may be permanently affected by the radiotherapy resulting in the menopause.
Which happened in my case so i am now on Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT).
Which can be given to you by your doctor and will help to ease any symptoms.
I dont know if this maybe happened in your case but my advice to you because you have been so ill, which doesnt matter how many years ago it its important to keep in contact with your doctor or clinical nurse and explain the problems you are having to them.
They will be able to check and keep an eye on things also it will help to put your mind at ease.
Hope all goes well, good luck.

My suggestion is that you do NOT try to get pregnant until you get all of your health concerns addressed. You alreay have 2 children at a very young age, and are not even married yet. I am not being judgemental just realistic, you should really wait a while. When the time is right you will have another child. In the meantime, I would talk to your OB/GYN about your symptoms.
Best of luck to you.
