You mean whether these keywords are the highest paying adsense keywords?
It depends on your location. Especially for those related to services like tax attorney, auto insurance, term life..well, actually, all these keywords are related to services. Anyway, the point is that whoever is paying for the adwords want value for their money. No point paying adsense to somebody in India for clicking on tax attorney service in Iowa. So your location will influence the payout.

The simple answer , adsense revenue of these keywords depends on
1. Location of ads being displayed
2. keyword density of your content where ads are displayed
if more and more adwords advertisers are targeting a specific area then for these keywords or keyword , then competition will increase and it will increase pay per click , so you will earn more revenue for each click. mostly UK, USA, Canada and Austrailia has high pay per click .
2. Keyword density , it means percentage of number of times a keyword repeated in whole content. you should have at least 2% keyword density of high paying keyword to display those high paying ads on your website or blog
